Ghost in the Shell 2.0
At first I got a little over excited and thought it was going to be continuing straight after the events of the first move, but it wasn’t to be, although it is a 3D CG remake of the Ghost in the Shell original 1995 Movie. It looks stunning from the trailer I have seen, but unlike most remakes (in the live-action genre) it can’t be rubbish as they don’t need to change any story elements or dialogue! well they shouldn’t need to anyway.
This is some of the best Anime news I have heard so far this year, as if I had to have a top 10, Ghost in the Shell would be well up there on the list.

It opens in Japanese theaters on July 12.
